To help your organization work with challenges of getting more funding
without overtaxing staff resources , the AYS Community Program Is offering
volunteer,
organizational and event consulting
2. We will coordinate with your volunteers, communicate with them, track
hours worked and reporting to insure they have a great experience with
your organization alleviating the need of tasking additional staff resources.
3. We will also setup systems so volunteers will be thanked and recognized
for their service in a timely manner.
Services Include:
Evaluation of current fund raising systems and recommendations (setup of online donation system, if not present)
Web site evaluation and recommendations and 3 hours of updates or web master training.
Social Media consultation and recommendations on how to use mediums such as Facebook to bring in more money raise awareness and how to keep your organization in front of donors all year long.
Search Engine Optimization. Helps donors and volunteers find the organization easily and quickly, sign up for events, search by mission and key words.
Evaluation & recommendations of organization marketing plan. We will look at how the organization is being marketed to the community currently and see if all the low cost and free marketing tools are being utilized.*
Corporate sponsorship materials design and development. We will look at your current corporate sponsor prospectus and insure it is using the best practices for sales collateral. Also, recommendations of how to develop presentations to “wow” your corporate prospects and communicate the mission more effectively.*
Media and Corporate in-kind sponsor development*
Fund Raising Event consultation. We will use our over 20 years of experience with not for profit events to help with the committees, board and volunteers to overcome the challenges and put on a first class event that will build every year.*
Computer network evaluation and recommendation including individual workstation optimization, mal ware and spy ware cleaning*
